Affinity Diagram
In my UX design process, I prioritize organizing user research data into meaningful groups to uncover recurring patterns, themes, and insights that might not be immediately visible. This method allows me to deeply understand common user needs, pain points, and behaviors, which are crucial for creating designs that truly resonate with the audience.
By identifying these underlying connections, I can craft more intuitive and effective visual solutions that address the real issues users face, ultimately leading to more impactful and user-centered design outcomes.
Flow Diagram
The next step is to create a visual map that shows the typical experience of users, highlighting both the challenges and positive aspects to make it easy for others to understand and empathize with the user's journey.
Mid-fidelity prototype
The final step is to create a mid-fidelity prototype. This prototype is clickable wireframes that simulate basic user interactions, like clicking buttons or navigating between screens.
It is used to test user flow and basic functionality before adding detailed visuals that shows the typical experience of users, highlighting both the challenges and positive aspects to make it easy for others to understand and empathize with the user's journey.
